Personal Statement
Born in Fairhope and raised on the Eastern Shore, I am a proud Alabama native. After graduating from McGill-Toolen High School, I attended Auburn University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. I returned home to Mobile to attend medical school at the University of South Alabama from 2014-2018.
Early in my education, I knew Pediatrics was my calling. I have always loved working with children and value the unique privilege of building 18-year relationships with my patients and their families. completed my internship and residency at USA Children's & Women's Hospital, followed by a role as a pediatric hospitalist at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope.
As a mother myself, I bring a personal layer of insight and empathy to my practice that only a parent can provide. I am thrilled to continue my career at Pediatric Associates of Mobile, USA Health. It is incredibly rewarding to be a part of a team that feels more like family, and I’m honored to continue caring for our local kids and supporting the families who trust us with their health.
I currently live in midtown Mobile with my husband, Philip, our two young sons, Bennett and Harland, and our two chocolate labs. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, fishing, and making memories with family and friends.
