Due to the variety of services we offer, we are unable to quote exact fees for visits.  Questions regarding our current fee schedule, accounts or insurance can be answered by calling our office Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We currently accept all private insurance plans, AllKids, TriCare Standard, TriCare Prime and Prime Remote. We are not Medicaid providers.

Co-pays for office visits are due at the time of service.  We are required by your insurance company to collect a co-pay for each child at each visit.

While you are responsible for paying for the services we provide to your children, our insurance personnel will gladly assist you in anyway the can.  Statements are mailed monthly only to families who have a balance due.
